1.Applicability:

• These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between ABI Exclusive and its customers.
  
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  

2.Orders:

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ABI Exclusive.
  
• ABI Exclusive reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
  

3.Prices and Payment:

• All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  
• Payment must be made via the available payment methods we provide.
  

4. Ownership Reservation:

• Ownership of the products will only pass to the customer upon full payment being received.
  

5.Liability:

• ABI Exclusive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
  

6.Applicable Law:

• Dutch law applies to all agreements between ABI Exclusive and its customers.
